CS1000 P4 DRILLING RIG Currently mounted on rubber track unit. SPTs can be proformed at .05m, 1.0m or 1.5 metre interviews. The modern design includes safety guards and emergency stop buttons that make the rig user-friendly and safe to operate. The simple, light-weight design makes the rig easy to operate in all conditions and areas. Designed to be as simple and robust as possible, the P4 rig can be disassembled to its major components, the rig’s “fly-version” that makes transportation by Huges 500 helicopter possible. HD900 Wireline Drilling Rig
The size and weight of this tracked machine allow it to easily navigate steep hills and soft swamps. The design of this machine is simple and efficient with the drill head mounting directly on the feed ram eliminating pull down cables and pull back chains. This direct coupling makes the rig safer, lighter and the hydraulics respond quicker, drilling straighter holes. Pictures with the extra 3 metre exstenion mast bolted on making pulling of 9 metres of drill pipe for bit changes. SPTs can be proformed at .05m, 1.0m or 1.5 metre interviews. Ideal drilling rig where large rotation power is need with minamil access and machine foot print.

Sonic Wireline Drilling Rig
A faster sampling technique is possible by circulating water from hard to soft clayey layers whilst under high frequency vibration. And all without affecting the sample or breaking down the bit cutting face.

This drill has been used to confirm depths and thickness of rock for large retaining walls and house piles. The rig and power pack is easily carried into tight hard to access sites. This allows the consulting team to accrutely design a project with confindence in the geology and know the thickness off the rock rather than relying on a scala test which stops on contact of any rock. The rig is capable of cased scala testing down to a depth.
